Natasha has lived in a number of countries and has grown up around a range of backgrounds and cultures. This has led her to realise that in any business compassion, commitment and putting customers first is at the forefront of every successful business.

Natasha is proud of what has been achieved on a daily basis at PRO Nursing Healthcare. The relationships that have been built with the candidates, clients and colleagues make all the hard work worthwhile.

Over the next 10 years Natasha’s ambition for PRO Nursing Healthcare is to ensure the incredible caring nature of our staff reaches all communities nationwide. 

Natasha’s beautiful girls Chloe and Ella continuously provide her the drive to be the best version of a mum, a business owner, and a partner.

Lee has worked in the healthcare recruitment industry for over 13 years. His first job after graduating from The University of Portsmouth was a trainee healthcare Recruitment Consultant.

From starting as a trainee consultant Lee quickly climbed the ladder to run a multimillion pound agency before leaving to start up his own Healthcare recruitment company, PRO Nursing Healthcare. During his years working in Healthcare he has had to handle many challenges and has also had to self-evolve to keep up the with ever changing market. 

Being an innovator Lee is always looking for the next idea on finding solutions to problems and staying two steps ahead. His passion for knowledge leads him into learning the ins and outs of running a successful company and sharing his ideas with others.

Lee McDonald loves spending time with his son Oscar at every opportunity and is excited to see the company grow over the next 10 years. 

David started out his career within the field of dementia care, before going on to lead the Reception Team within London’s busiest A&E Department. His 8 years of NHS experience has given him a well-rounded working knowledge of Acute NHS services and an unrivalled understanding of the pressures faced by Healthcare Professionals today.

David now has 11 years’ of Healthcare Recruitment experience and has managed the delivery of both temporary and permanent solutions across the NHS Frameworks, MoD and private sectors.

His main remit at PRO Nursing will be to ensure the effective rollout of the NHS Framework contracts and to ensure that our unique brand of person-centred service reaches as many Nurses as possible as we continue to grow as a company.

When not at work, David can mostly be found on the river Thames – either boating, kayaking or swimming!

Lucy joined the PRO Nursing team in 2021 and has brought with her all of the experience gained during her 14 years of Team Management. Having overseen the Compliance of Public-Sector Healthcare contracts for 12 years now, she will ensure that PRO Nursing continue to deliver a customer-centric service with every interaction we make.

Building upon the steady foundation of our current ‘Platinum’ rated compliance, Lucy will be instrumental in upholding our values of Commitment, Compassion and being Customer-Focused as we continue to develop as the ‘go to’ Framework Agency of choice for both candidates and clients alike.

Nicole has worked within the hospitality industry for over 6 years, which can be seen through her impeccable customer service; fitting right in with our company values. 

During the COVID Pandemic Nicole started to work in domiciliary care to help the vulnerable and shielding. This then lead her to become a COVID-19 study worker for the office of national statistics. In this role she demonstrated her tenacity and bravery getting stuck in when COVID-19 was still relatively unknown.

When not at work Nicole likes to socialise and enjoy great food with her friends.
